Lady Gaga recently showed off her super-toned butt while lying in bed in an Instagram Stories post, and her derrière looks amazing.
Tbh, it’s probably all the SoulCycle. The pop star is reportedly a SoulCycle devotee, and once brought two SoulCycle bikes on one of her tours with her. (Respect, Gaga.)
Plus, Gaga’s trainer is celebrity fitness guru Harley Pasternak, who also trains the likes of Kim Kardashian, Ariana Grande, Kanye West, and Gwyneth Paltrow. Pasternak, who has worked with the A Star is Born actress on and off for about a decade, told Glamour in 2012 that she prefers a 25-minute circuit workout three days a week and a 30-minute cardio workout two days a week.
“Gaga doesn’t love to work out, but she likes how efficient this method is,” he explained. “Your heart rate stays up, so you burn more calories in less time.” That said, the singer does get quite the cardio workout every night, while performing.
She’s also a fan of yoga and the great outdoors. “She does yoga whenever she can,” a source told Us Weekly, “not just for the physical element but for the mental side as well.”
The source added that Gaga “loves being outside, at the beach or on a bike ride” and “when she’s getting fresh air… she’s always happiest.”
Watch this to learn why Gaga also “seems happier” amidst rumors that she’s dating a new guy:
When she goes full-on yogi, Gaga works with a private yoga instructor, Tricia Donegan, whom she met while a New York University student taking classes at the teacher’s Bikram yoga studio on Allen Street, according to T, the New York Times Style magazine.

And though her diet changes day to day, Gaga eats mostly “lean meats and a lot of veggies,” the source also told Us Weekly. “But she is not afraid to indulge. She will never deprive herself. If she wants something, she eats it. And she has to have her coffee every day.” (I hear that, Gaga!)
